Lumen Christi strives to make a Catholic education as affordable as possible for all families wishing to attend. In order to assist families in that process, the following discounts are available:
- Multi-Student/Lumen: A family with more than one student attending Lumen Christi may be granted a reduction of $500 per additional student up to $2,500 per year.
- Multi-Student/St. Elizabeth Ann Seton: Families with students enrolled at our sister school, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School may also receive a tuition reduction based on the number of students at each school. Half of the discount is recognized on Lumen Christi tuition statements and the remaining half on St. Elizabeth Ann Seton statements.
Additional Financial Assistance
In spring 2022, Lumen Christi transitioned to Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to determine eligibility for additional tuition financial assistance. Families desiring additional financial assistance are encouraged to visit https://studentfinancialaid.blackbaud.school/ and create your account by entering your primary email address as your username. Lumen’s Smart School ID# is 13874. For a family to be eligible for additional financial assistance, they must complete the application, provide all required information and documentation (including copies of federal income tax forms and W2s), and pay the $35 financial aid application fee.
The amount of financial assistance available will depend on Blackbaud’s recommendation and the level of funding in the school Scholarship Fund. It takes about 10-14 days for the school to receive Blackbaud’s recommendation once your application is complete and submitted.
Financial assistance is not automatically renewed each year; families must reapply each year. All family information is kept strictly confidential.
For families with multiple students enrolled at Lumen Christi and/or Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton and who are applying for additional financial assistance, the multi-student discount noted above will be included in the financial assistance award recommended by Blackbaud.
If you have any questions concerning the above process, you can access application instructions and frequently asked questions here or contact the school Principal or Front Office.
