And finally, to close out the week - the 10th and 11th grade classes both completed their February Gala projects today - spring clean ups!
The lucky winners of these two packages report the kids were polite, supportive and worked very hard. Rakes and shovels and brooms….oh my! We know there are some happy home owners (with very tidy yards) out there tonight 🙂
p.s. Thank you for the feeding them! ... See MoreSee Less
It was a bittersweet day for sure with SO much activity all happening at once.
First of all, with senioritis at 150%, the class of 2025 all arrived on campus very early but forgot how to park, making things a bit catty-wampus for all the staff and other drivers 😂. And at some point during the day, Principal Ross‘s car simply disappeared! Fortunately, it was discovered behind the gym and returned to its rightful spot before the end of the day.
After early morning parking shenanigans, we celebrated our last Rosary and last Mass with the Class of 2025.
After Mass we celebrated the transfer of the Light of Christ from the Class of 2025 to the Class of 2026, processed from the church down to the Marion Shrine at the school where we were able to crown our Blessed Mother and adorn her with flowers.
The energy was palpable, but bittersweet for sure at the end of the day as our seniors walked out the door for the last time.
While they’ll be back next week for graduation practice (Tuesday) Baccalaureate Mass (Wednesday) and finally graduation (Thursday), we can’t help but miss them already, but are excited to watch them all launch, and fly! ... See MoreSee Less
